Sidenote: Why do black people say “no homo”? Complimenting another woman is

Idk man….. Im 5’8 at 142 with a gut… Im scared I might loose too
much….
Ok, first of all you are gorgeous (no homo, lol). All of the things you
mentioned are good options for losing and gaining weight, yes gaining. I
went from 110 lbs of skinny to 145 lbs currently eating the same foods-
sweet potatoes, egg whites etc. I have no flab, just tone and lean muscle.
My booty went from 32 to 38 inches just eating clean and working out. My
goal is 150 lbs of woman. It’s amazing because I am still solid, with the
gains in all the right places. I really enjoy your channel. Your hair looks
wonderful. Keep the vids coming because I enjoy (and my friends)

that you help others by giving your real life stories about how to be a
better healthier person. And you don’t sugar coat anything and make it seem

although your story is inspiring i don’t think its realistic for those of
us who are not personal trainers. I am proud of your success. I work out
daily 30-40 mins some HIIT, cardo, running, and weight training i eat
clean I have no cheat days and at all when it comes to food. I have lost
over 129lbsand still my body isn’t cut like yours. I know that is due to
several factors like height (I’m 5’7), starting weight, and length of time
spent in the gym. I’m not a gym rat I work out at home mainly and go to the
gym when my schedule permits. So again awesome job:) Thanks for sharing
Hey girl! I saw a few months back you were trying out the raw till 4
lifestyle and I am currently about 3 weeks in still trying to figure it out
and if I want to stick with it..im finding it very challenging..especially
in the dead of winter.
I noticed in this video you mentioned your not vegetarian or vegan anymore.
What was the deciding factor for you to stop the rawtill4?
Why no dairy?
Some people actually look better at a higher weight.

Please share a video on why you weren’t in a good place. It would help me a
lot because I’m not in a good place and I’m a athletic girl but food had
been my only friend. Sometimes I’m not even hungry but the foo helps fill
that empty space inside. Please give me some advise on how to build myself
emotionally inside first because I know once I deal with the inner the
outer wil be no problem
i want to loss weight but i am afraid of my breast getting smaller i
was an a cup now i am a B cup
i don’t want to go back to an a cup but i am sick of my belly poking out
maaaaan! amazing :)

Carmen, I have a question.
I’m 5’10 140lbs. I don’t want to lose weight just tone. I don’t eat red
meat or pork. When ever I was hitting the gym very hard doing weight
training no cardio I lost 10 lbs my trainer told me to stop training
because I was losing to much weight. How can I pack on pounds while working
out? I am thin framed.
